Rope Access Technician (IRATA)

Deliver specialist access solutions supporting inspection, structural remediation, corrosion control, protective coatings and maintenance on complex steel and concrete assets.

Key responsibilities

Perform rope access activities in accordance with recognised industry standards and company procedures.
Complete inspections, structural remediation, corrosion control and maintenance works.
Undertake abrasive blasting, surface preparation and protective coating application.
Assist with concrete remediation, welding support and mechanical maintenance where required.
Complete pre-starts, risk assessments and project documentation.
Inspect, maintain and care for rope access equipment.
Promote a strong safety culture and contribute improvement ideas.

Essential qualifications and licences

Current IRATA certification.
Working at Heights and Confined Space (desirable).
Trade qualification highly regarded.
Current Driver Licence.
